Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping Methods & Rates We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Delivery Times Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Local Pickup Local customers are welcome to select in-store pickup at checkout and collect their order at 39 Avenue A, New York, NY 10009 during store hours.
International Shipping We currently ship only within the United States.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or your package is marked delivered but not received, contact us at and we'll help track it down.
