All Sales Are Final Because our inventory is made up of pre-owned, vintage, and one-of-a-kind items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review photos, descriptions, and sizing carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about an item, contact us at help@eastvillagebuyers.com before buying.

Damaged or Incorrect Items The only exception is if your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right — replacement or full refund.

Authenticity Guarantee Every item is authenticated in person by our team before listing. If you believe an item is not authentic as described, contact us immediately for a full investigation and resolution.
